His words: “I have a teacher to learn the language as soon as possible. We have a group on Whatsapp where they speak in Italian and I don’t understand anything.”
Saud Abdulhamid has given an interview to Koora Break. The Arab full-back has spoken about Roma and his acclimatization to the Capital: “From the first day I arrived, I set a goal: success. Initially, I had 10/20 minutes at my disposal, then I proved that I could do well and became a key player“. The soccer fullback is striving to improve his Italian: “I have a tutor to help me master the language as quickly as possible. We have a Whatsapp group where everyone communicates in Italian and I can’t understand a thing. There are 5 or 6 players who speak English and communication with them is much easier. “I have a great relationship with Le Fée, Koné and Ndicka,” he disclosed. Finally, he spoke of his typical day: “I wake up at 5 a.m. for prayer, then I go back to sleep for an hour before heading to Trigoria. After training ends, I stay behind to work out in the gym. I aim to enhance my physical condition and refine my technical prowess. Then, I return home and sleep for an impressive 9 to 10 hours. “It feels like being back at school.”
