None other than Perrotta has spoken to the microphones of TuttoMercatoWeb, discussing the current state of Italian football, the rising star from Roma Pisilli, and the surprise of De Rossi himself after his dismissal from Roma at the end of September. “Italian football, as it stands in Serie A, is in ascent. We won the Europa League and played many finals in the Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League. Despite not possessing the financial clout to compete with the largest clubs, our teams remain immensely competitive. “The national team comes from disappointment at the European Championship, though the squad gave everything they had. Now, we are bouncing back, Spalletti is a brilliant coach.” Many new youngsters in Italy. What’s your take?
“It was necessary for a generational shift, Pisilli and Maldini are doing well and it’s delightful to see them gracing the National team.” “Has De Rossi Overcome the Shock of Saying Goodbye to Roma?”
“We were all taken aback by what happened to Daniele, I saw him yesterday and although he looked calm, he too was surprised. His dismissal was unexpected and unusual.” “I believe he has a tremendous future ahead, filled with ideas and the ability to perform exceptionally well. This year, he hasn’t had the time, and the initial days are always unique,”. Surprised by Conte’s Napoli securing the first place?
“Not at all, knowing Antonio. He has an impressive team, he has bought stellar players to augment an already strong squad. “I believe it’s one of the favorites!”
So, where do Inter and Juventus stand currently?
“They will battle for the championship, just like Milan. “I believe that Juventus and Milan are somewhat trailing behind Napoli and Inter. However, I believe this could make for a more balanced championship compared to the past seasons.”
