Starting today, there’s an additional star in our firmament. Age did not curb her love for Roma, she sang with us before every match.

Noris Lorenzi has extinguished, a historical fan of Roma, passed away at the age of 88 years old. Here is the message from the club:

“From today, there is one more star in our firmament. It is that of Noris Lorenzi. Grandmother Noris, as everyone affectionately called her, has left us at the twilight of November. She would have turned 89 on the 21st of December. She had always been a Roma fan. She had always been a season ticket holder. In August, she had been one of our quickest fans to snap up not only the Serie A subscription, but the Cup matches subscription as well: in Monte Mario Sud, after a lifetime in Tevere, a mere 4 minutes after tickets went on sale.

Grandma Noris was a supporter of both the men’s and women’s First Teams. A few years ago, the Club’s media interviewed her at Tre Fontane during one of our champions’ games. “Age couldn’t curb his love for Roma”, he would sing with us before every match.

The funeral will be held on Monday December 2nd at 10 o’clock at the Church of Sant’Aurea of Ostia Antica, located at 13 Piazza Della Rocca. “The AS Roma sends its condolences to the family.”
