Ghisolfi has done it: since the first of November, the new Head of Recruitment, Andrea Iore, is now operational in Trigoria. The 32-year-old, born in Paris but of Italian nationality, has worked in Leeds with the Director of Sports. Orta and coach Bielsa represent a young, modern and dynamic profile. Ghisolfi, supported by the owners, envisions a revolution with the goal of shaping the scouting department with quality profiles that are specialized in specific areas of expertise and are able to integrate both data analysis and the eye of someone watching live games effectively. For now, the active participants include Tavlaridis, a former Aek Athens member and considered a talent scout in Greece, Leuzzi, a Tottenham ex, Domenech, a former scout for Levante, and Di Matteo. However, more additions are anticipated in the coming months.
