Roma’s Final Training Session Ahead of Feyenoord Showdown

In anticipation of their crucial Europa League playoff clash against Feyenoord tomorrow, AS Roma, under the helm of manager De Rossi, engaged in their final training session today.

The team hit the training pitch at 3:45 PM local time for the last-minute preparations. The session revealed few surprises, with manager De Rossi welcoming back fully-fit defenders Smalling and Renato Sanches, both of whom have been sidelined for several weeks due to injuries. Additionally, Ndicka returns to the squad after his triumph in the Africa Cup of Nations.

However, forward Tammy Abraham remains sidelined and is expected to return to action in March. Despite his absence from training due to ongoing rehabilitation, Abraham took a moment to greet his teammates during the session, displaying his support for the team.

Looking ahead to tomorrow’s matchup, De Rossi is set to deploy Dybala and Lukaku in the attacking line, aiming to secure a crucial victory against Feyenoord. Notably, Feyenoord will be without the services of Huijsen and Kristensen, who are ineligible due to UEFA regulations, as well as Bove, who is serving a suspension.

Stay tuned for live coverage of tomorrow’s highly-anticipated encounter as Roma aims to secure their spot in the next round of the Europa League.
